Refund policy

I understand that sometimes, the print or product isn't what you had in mind, or that people change their mind :) that's why I offer a return option within the 10 days of receiving the item.

Please make sure the item is in the same conditions as when received, and send it back using the packaging it was sent in.

To start a return, you can contact me at ask@maryloufaure.com, I will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do get in touch before returning the item, so we can discuss the best way to return/exchange if needed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right :)

Refunds
I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
